The Calumet is an interesting and unique barndominium floor plan from Wick Homes, with its great room toward the back of the home and the garage on the front right. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and totals 1,798 square feet.
Barndos have by definition a second usage beyond residential. This would be a barndo plan if you used the garage area as an office or workspace, or used the bedroom area in such a way.
There are two covered porches, front and back, with the great room and dining area overlooking the back covered porch. The second and third bedrooms are in the front, off the entrance. This is a very interesting plan that will be just right for certain situations and yard layouts.
